Guidelines For Applying Online 
STEPS ACTIVITY
  PROCESS 1: FILL THE APPLICATION FORM ONLINE
1.1 Visit the NIIFT Website: www.niiftindia.com for applying online
1.2 Download the Admission Guidelines from the NIIFT Website: www.niiftindia.com for information and record
1.3

Demand Draft:
You will need to provide certain details from the DD at the time of online submission of application form. You must have the Demand Draft ready before filling up the application form.

If you belong to General Category you are required to obtain a Demand Draft for Rs.1200/- Drawn in favour of  'NIIFT Mohali' Payable at Mohali , before submission of the application

If you belong to SC / ST OR Person with Disabilities , you are required to obtain a Demand Draft for Rs.700/- Drawn in favour of  'NIIFT Mohali' Payable at Mohali , before submission of the application

If  you are applying under Foreign Nationals /  NRI Category, you are required to obtain a Demand Draft for US $70/- Drawn in favour of ''NIIFT Mohali Payable at Mohali before submission of the application

Please Note: Application submitted without the details of the Demand Draft will not be accepted.
1.4 Application can be submitted by the candidate only once and against only one of the programmes which means candidate have only ONE choice of selection of ONE of the programmes offered on this website. Hence, you are advised to apply the programme, most suited to your Qualification.
1.5 Fill the NIIFT Application Form Online:
Since your eligibility will be screened based on the information furnished by you, you are required to exercise sufficient care to correctly furnish the details of your Qualification, etc.
1.6 After Filling the form correctly, submit the same by clicking the button "SUBMIT" where by the data filled by you will be captured.
1.7 On successful submission of Online Application Form a unique auto generated Application Form No. will be allocated which will appear on Print Version of Application Form.
1.8 Please Save the Print Version of Application Form using "Save As" Function and after that you should take the Print Out.
1.9 You must keep an additional print out of the Application Form for all future references.
1.10 After taking the Print Out, affix your passport size photograph in the space provided and attach the demand draft  of requisite amount with the print version of application.

  PROCESS 2: GUIDELINE FOR APPLYING ONLINE
2.1

Make the set of following documents

 

1.       Print out of the filled online application form with auto generated Application Form Number with your photograph affixed and duly signed.

2.       On the back of the demand draft please fill the following details:

a.       Your Name

b.       Auto generated Application Form Number given by NIIFT

c.     Program Applied.

  PROCESS 3: ADMIT CARDS
3.1

On the basis of the information given in the NIIFT Application Form, Admit Card of provisionally eligible candidates will be dispatched to the address mentioned in the Application Form. The provisionally eligible candidates will receive their Admit Cards by 3rd June 2011.

 

In case of non-receipt of Admit Cards by end May, 2011, the candidates can download the Admit Card from the NIIFT Website http://www.niiftindia.com on or after 1st June  2011.

 

On such downloaded Admit Cards the candidates are required to affix there photograph (similar to that affixed on the Application Form) on the downloaded Admit Card and get it attested by a Gazzetted Officer/school Or College Principal for producing at Examination Centre

 

 

Candidate without the Admit Card or without the photograph on the downloaded admit card will NOT be permitted to appear in the written entrance examination.
